General Terms of Service
In order for Premium Gardening to be able to provide regular garden maintenance and/or one-off garden project services, it is the Client's responsibility that the following conditions will be met on the day of service provisioning:
1. Secure parking free of charge must be available. This can be on the Client's own property or on a public road in close vicinity.
2. While it is not necessary for the Client to be present, the garden (front and/or back) must be readily physically accessible. For back gardens, direct access via a separate gate is preferrable. In such cases, the gate must be unlocked prior to service delivery or alternatively a spare key can be provided to Premium Gardening for access via gates, doors, etc. which are fitted with a lock.
3. Garden furniture or features must be positioned in a way that permits enough space to safely and easily access any areas where garden maintenance or projects are to be carried out. Alternatively, it is the Client's responsibility to move their furniture or features to provide access.
4. At the time of service delivery, the areas of the garden where the garden maintenance or garden project is to be carried out must be free of any contamination and obstruction.
This includes, but it not limited to: pet excrement, household or garden items, construction materials (tools, rubble, wood, plastic or metal materials, screws, nails, etc.), discarded wood ash, residues of discarded liquids or other waste or household material.
5. Any types of pets must be kept inside the house or in a secure enclosure in the garden (such an enclosure must not block access to any areas where gardening services are required to be carried out). Pets being kept inside is for their own as well as the gardener's health and safety.
If the Client makes the decision not to remove their pets for the duration of the service provisioning, Premium Gardening will take precautions to safeguard the pet, but cannot be held responsible for any accidental harm that may come to the pet. Should the pet injure the gardener or any of the gardening service equipment, the Client will be held responsible for any and all reparations (material-, health- or legality-related) required.
In case any of the above conditions are not met and a scheduled service provisioning is therefore being made partially or entirely impossible to fulfill, Premium Gardening reserves the right to limit or refuse the service provisioning.
-
In case of a limited service provisioning, Premium Gardening will provide the service wherever the service area is safely, securely and easily accessible. Under those circumstances, the full quoted or invoiced amount is due for payment.
-
In case of refusal of service provisioning due to circumstances entirely within the Client's control, a non-refundable call-out fee of £50.00 will be charged.
It is entirely at Premium Gardening's discretion whether the service will be rescheduled after an event which leads to limited service provisioning or refusal of service provisioning.
